"" I recently had the misfortune of finding flying squirrels in my attic. After some unsuccessful attempts to get them out, I contacted the first pest control firm - XXXXX. This was a mistake since the gentleman crawled into the attic and scurried away faster than the squirrel he came face to face with. The only good thing to come from his visit was his recommendation to call Jacob. Jacob knocked on the door with traps in hand and after introducing himself the first thing he asked was how to get to the attic. He set the traps, located their entrance and scheduled the next visits in less than half an hour. He caught the offenders the first night but kept coming back for a week to ensure they were gone. "Let me start by saying it is quite evident that Jacob (owner of The Master Trapper, Inc.) loves what he does. The first time I had the pleasure of meeting Jacob was about 11 years ago. Jacob worked for another company at the time and inspected my home for bats. Although the bats appeared to have left my attic, Jacob thoroughly inspected my home (inside and outside) and repaired any gaps that provided an entry for the bats. Having bats in my home was a frightening and stressful experience for me. Once Jacob completed the repairs, I was totally relieved. I have not had any further bat issues to this date.

Until recently, I haven’t had any other issues. I now have mice. I’ve been working with another company, but then remembered Jacob’s professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of any nuisance and/or wildlife situation. So I was able to locate him (after some searching) and have him inspect my home. Jacob (even 11 years later) continues to show his professionalism, thoroughness, and his commitment to great customer service.
